We give away our promotional software. Its free in full version for everyone so there is no need for running the 3rd party “key generators”. But not every one of our users was aware of that before it was to late. In order to assure that our products are not abused and bundled with malicious software, before start-up, our software are verified for the authenticity by our online web servers. Only the genuine software are allowed to run. This method provides our users with unique protection against counterfeit copies and malicious software they may contain. Plus it allows our software usability statistics.

Using Software Offline and without Free Online Accounts

Although our online software verification successfully protects us and our users against malicious software, we are aware that some people may dislike the idea of having to log in ZPSSoft.com prior to use of our free software. Some may don’t have the permanent internet connection, some simply may don’t like to be connected when performing certain, particularly finance related, tasks. So, we introduced SCL to our FS (Free Software).

 SCL stands for Single Computer License. It works like this: Free copy generates unique serial number and ( with users approval) submits that number to ZPSSoft. ZPSSoft then delivers software that works offline and in the full version but only for that one (single) computer. Because SCL cannot be generated automatically, SCL softwares are not free but once purchased they will not need internet connection in order to run full versions.

License Types

ZPSSoft is currently maintaining following license types:

Free Software (FS)

Because it’s available in free version, software marked by ZPSSoft as FS (Free Software) is not subject to any type of warranty and ZPSSoft is not responsible for any data or other loss or damage to software, hardware or other property. ZPSSoft reserves the right to stop developing, publishing, and supporting FS and any other type of software.

Standard and Promotional Software (SPS)

Because it’s available in free and evaluation versions, software marked by ZPSSoft as standard or promotional is not subject to any additional refund or price protection plan. Since you are able to determine does software fits your needs before purchase, all purchases are final and ZPSSoft does not provide any additional type of warranty. ZPSSoft is not responsible for any data or other loss or damage to software or hardware that may occur from using ZPSSoft standard or promotional ZPSSoft software.

Single Computer License (SCL)

 key includes Free and Full version. Free SCL version installations can be performed on unlimited amount of computers, unlimited amount of times. Software will run in full version mode only on the licensed machine ( machine used to purchase SCL key ). The installation can be performed an unlimited amount of times and software will run in full version mode for as long as computer hardware stays the same. To run software with SCL key in full version mode on additional computers, additional SCL license keys has to be obtained. SCL key does not include FREE or automatic software upgrades, therefore does not requires internet connection in order to run as full version.

Internet Computer License (ICL)

 includes FREE and / or automatic upgrades for as long as application is produced and supported. ICL license requires INTERNET CONNECTION every time application starts up. If there is no internet connection, application will run in free version mode. Free ICL version installations can be performed on unlimited amount of computers, unlimited amount of times. Software will run in full version mode only on the licensed machine ( machine used to purchase ICL key ). The installation can be performed an unlimited amount of times for as long as computer hardware stays the same. To run software with ICL key in full version on additional computers, additional ICL licenses has to be obtained.

Custom Software (CS)

Since customers are able to test and determine does delivered software performs as requested before payments, all sales are final and ZPSSoft does not provide additional type of warranty. ZPSSoft should not be held responsible for any data or other loss or damage to software or hardware that may occur from using ZPSSoft CS (Custom Software) once product has been delivered and approved by the client.

Custom Web (CW)

Since customers are able to test and determine does delivered web site performs as requested before payments, all sales are final and ZPSSoft does not provide additional type of warranty. ZPSSoft should not be held responsible for any data or other loss or damage to software or hardware that may occur from using ZPSSoft CW (Custom Website) once product has been delivered and approved by the client. Service Termination:  ZPSSoft reserves the right to terminate services to one or all customers with or without reason, with or without notice.

Source Code and Intellectual Property Agreement (IP)

ZPSSoft reserves all rights for all products without exceptions. By ordering custom software or custom web site from ZPSSoft you will not obtain these products source code or intellectual properties. ZPSSoft reserves the rights to re-use, upgrade, modify, publish, give away or discontinue all developed products, regardless of license type.

Free Software Agreement (FS)

FREE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS”. Because it’s available in free version, software marked by ZPSSoft as FS (Free Software) is not subject to any type of warranty and ZPSSoft is not responsible for any data or other loss or damage to software, hardware or other property. ZPSSoft reserves the right to stop developing, publishing, and supporting FS and any other type of software.

Custom Software Development Agreement (CS)

ZPSSoft rapid custom software development doesn’t have room for time consuming agreements often used by custom software developing companies. We don’t need team of lawyers and 30 pages of agreement to protect ourselves from our customers. In the stead, we deliver high quality products. And we protect our customers with practice better then any contract or legal document: we deliver our products for free testing and only if our customers are completely satisfied, we will charge previously agreed amount.

Step 1 Process starts when customer submits our Custom Business Software Request Form

Step 2 If we are able to deliver what customer have requested, we will get back same or next business day with our proposition that includes estimated developing time and price. For easier handling, projects are split on phases and we will propose only 1st phase development.

Step 3 If customer agree, we develop and deliver first phase for customers testing.

Step 4 If customer approves first phase, we request billing information and charge only for the already delivered and approved phase.

If customer request next phase development, we will repeat step 3 and 4 until project is completed.

Custom Web Development Agreement (CW)

 Everything that apply to CS ( above) and:

Business Hosting Only

You can only host business related web site using ZPSSoft Web Services. Type of your business must be appropriate and legal. Your company could be of any size, individuals are welcome, as long as site is business related.

ZPSSoft Servers Only

If you already own a web site and it has been hosted by 3rd party, you must point your domain name toward ZPSSoft servers as we provide web site design / programming only on our servers. Our hosting fees are starting from $10.00 per month.

Service Termination

ZPSSoft reserves the right to terminate services to one or all customers with or without reason, with or without notice.
