   OK Ladies and Gents, we are looking at some impressive Free Invoice Tracking testing activity…anyone cares to drop a word or two? Testing environment is very limited, I know, but still…By the way, don’t be afraid to open your account, first month is free and you don’t need to supply your payment information to open it. Or at least check out tutorial or read my article. Both sources contain more information about IT Hybrid then testing…

   I run your Invoice Tracking test and open one free account but can not understand what this program is exactly. Can we run this on our network? Also, why you have to pay it monthly, why can not be purchased like other software ( Quick Books etc)

   You don’t need to install Invoice Tracking Hybrid all over your network. IT is not desktop progam or internal system. The concept of our system is fundamentally different from network systems or programs like Quick Books.

   We have long history of making invoice tracking solutions. In past, ZPSSoft developed various more or less successful desktop and network solutions but none of them could provide interactivity between companies.

   For example, when you install Quick Books, your company data are not readable by your vendors, or customers. Or you have great, custom developed enterprise system on your network, but this system is FOR YOUR COMPANY ONLY. So you always have problems and you must manually go item by item, when it comes to settlements between your company and the rest of the world. Why would you trust your vendor figures? Why would he trust your figures?

   So regardless, of what color is your program, what kind of report it gives you, desktop or network, your program is YOURS and has nothing to do with other, same programs, so what good is it for settlements between companies? No good. None of them.

   So it is time for complete change, the way we perform business can be faster, simpler and more HELPFUL.

   Invoice Tracking Hybrid makes real connection between your and your vendor system so you both can trust same numbers. How come?

   Say, you made one PURCHASE invoice in your system. You don’t have to tell about it to your vendor; he can see that in his own system. When he prepares delivery for shipping, he records that in his own system like his SALE. Same moment, you see that invoice in you’re RECEIVING so when delivery arrives, you can record that you received invoice. Your vendor can see in his system that you have received that invoice. Same happen when you record PAYMENT.

   Like you can see, no other system can provide this type of interactivity between parties involved in transaction. And for that to be possible, you must connect computers somehow. But services are performed constantly and we can not give it away for free, for ever, to the whole world. It’s like if we where giving away free cars and you are asking why you have to pay for the gas. C’mon now.

   Hello ZPSSoft,

   We recently opened account with InvoiceTracking Hybrid but can not login again. I think that we don’t remember how exactly we named ourselves, or in what industry we created our company.

   It will be nice if you can somehow make company name or at least industry retrievable. I think that will help to new users such ourselves.
