INVOICE TRACKING 2009 HYBRID IS HERE!
Dear Invoice Tracking Users, INVOICE TRACKING 2009 IS FINALLY HERE!If you have flash player, you can view our intro at: InvoiceTracking.com where the new ZeN WebBase09 services are also hosted, required by Invoice Tracking 2009 Hybrid.
OK, so, why are web services required anyway?
All we need is the IT software, right?
Actually, that’s plain wrong. Because one of the main problems that people face when tracking invoices is not their software, but the reconsolidation with third parties, vendors and customers.
You happily run your software at your desktop and you think that you’re in control - until it’s pay time. Then, somehow, your invoices don’t match with Kim Jones’ Bread Factory. Your counterpart at Kim Jones’ was also happy with his software until you paid less than he expected ( you would never find out if you paid more) Familiar scenario?
Regardless of what software you are running, it could be the latest enterprise system custom-built by Microsoft itself for your mighty corporation, you have no clue what is running on your partners’ machines. You know even less about what those systems are calculating,…You have full right to ask yourself what is your software doing for you if it cannot help you with basic business logic such as reconciliation with vendors and customer companies? Why are you wasting countless hours with “quick” solutions when your software is powerless to protect you from discrepancies that ( are and always will ) occur in business transactions?

Welcome to the brave new world of IT 2009!
This is why we decided to create something that noone has yet created ( At least, we haven’t… ) A hybrid System that is both a desktop and internet based multi-user enterprise system. Once we mixed what was available, we realized that it wasn’t enough, so we built our own new technology: Automated Online System Synchronization or AOSS.
AOSS makes our Invoice Tracking Hybrid a whole different animal. The main difference is that although each Invoice Tracking is a separated stand alone system, they are all connected in the great circle of (InvoiceTracking.com) life. Every invoice you place from your desktop will pop - up on Papa Jones’ Bread Factory accountant’s desktop as soon as he clicks on your company. And guess what? Your systems have same invoice numbers, same items, same time, same quantities and same prices… you don’t even need to call him anymore (unless you intend to invite him over for Saturday’s golf game). Systems are reconciling by themselves. Automatically…
For this dream to come true, there’s a price to be paid (literally): You cannot just purchase our Invoice Tracking Hybrid and forget about it. First, because ITH software is free in its full version. Second, because ITH software needs internet access and ZeN WebBase09 database to work its magic. So you need to open and maintain ( read pay ) Invoice Tracking monthly service. OK, that’s the bad news. But here is the good one: ITH accounts will cost you monthly as little as your coffee cost you weekly or cigarettes cost you daily. Wait, scratch this. There is a rumor that taxes on cigarettes are going up, so $10.00 will not be enough to pay for a pack of cigarettes. But it will pay for an entire month of ITH service. So, it’s not that bad, I suppose…
There are also some added bonuses for using our new Invoice Tracking System: For example, you can use it to advertise (and sell) your products to new customers. If you wish, you can unlock your products to be viewed and ordered by virtually any person, company or corporation that is and will be using Invoice Tracking Hybrid. Pretty cool, huh?
If you are interested in learning more, (and you have that flash player I mentioned at the beginning of this article), you can watch basic IT tutorials or read more about IT. We also opened a new IT Forum as well as an Awards page and Upgrade History Chart. (IT has a built-in auto upgrade). If you are in a rush to try IT, here is the download page.
So there you have it, welcome to the brave new world of Invoice Tracking 2009 Hybrid!
Yours,
Phil Wireman
