 Sound Recorder  software just received another highest, 5 stars award, told us today  Best Vista Downloads.com. 

p.s. If your monitor is smaller then 20″ and resolution smaller then 1440 you will probably see only blank page and have to scroll mile and a half down the Best Vista pages…kind of annoying but, award is award! And, you may be able to download over there some other almost free software.
