I’m trying to use the free download of Invoice Tracking 2005 - version 2.0.0.3
During the registration of a session through the internet I encounter error 12031
Can you tell what is going wrong?

Dear Eric,
Error 12031 means that your connection to our server was reset before our software could obtain free full version key from our server. This indicates that our software and our server are working fine, but something else is interrupting your internet connection during registration.
I assume that you have some type of firewall or virus protection software that interrupts your internet connection during the registration process. Or perhaps, you are connecting from long distance using very slow internet connection (telephone modem or similar). There is also (small) possibility that your PC’s hardware is malfunctioning.
You can try to:
1. Turn off your firewall software temporary (or add our product into its trusted list).
2. Install and register free software from different PC.
3. You may also consider purchasing full version. Purchased copy does not require online session registration.
